Who Anwar is
Anwar Sheikh is Co-Founder and CTO of OutGrow Intelligence Studios, where he leads technology and AI systems.
A Computer Science graduate and Business Intelligence postgraduate, he has four years in technology, three of them building AI. He has designed 80+ production systems spanning agentic AI, machine learning, and predictive intelligence pipelines for organisations including T-Mobile and Optimum (Altice USA).
His work centres on turning messy enterprise data and tangled business processes into systems that make decisions. He is equal parts data engineer and AI architect.
He builds and maintains OutGrow's open-source tooling, including Spoooler and ReelRecon, and leads development of the AI Employee Mesh, the distributed AI agent platform.
