Contacts sat in three large Google Sheets built up over years. Nobody knew how many were real, how many were duplicates, or where they were.
What it does now
All three sheets are read and normalised into one dataset.
Every contact is checked for a valid email or phone number.
Duplicates across the sheets are found and suppressed.
Contacts are broken down by country and source.
A dashboard behind a login shows the health of the data, with exports switched off.

The studio decides which contacts to use and for what. The audit only tells them what they have.

Read the three sheets: 120,477, 65,069 and 43,768 rows.
Wrote the Python preprocessing that cleans and checks every contact.
Built the rules for validity, duplicates and geography.
