Every case on this site answers the same four questions, so you can compare them.
Before
Inquiries landed in different places: the chatbot, the mailer, website forms and staff phones. Nobody had one view of who had asked for what, or who was following up.
What it does now
Inquiries from website forms and manual entry land in one inbox. Sofia, Meta and WhatsApp feeds are being connected next.
Each one is checked for duplicates before it becomes a record.
Client inquiries become deals on a board. Vendors and job seekers go to their own lists.
Tasks and conversations sit on the record, so anyone can pick up where a colleague stopped.
Every change is written to an audit log.
Where a person decides
Each person sees only the pages they have been given access to. People move every deal and make every call.

Rolling out to the team now. We will publish response and conversion figures after a full quarter.
How we built it
Wrote the spec and the intake API first, so every channel sends inquiries in the same shape.
Built the inbox, deal board, contacts, vendors, job seekers, tasks and conversations.
Wrote the duplicate, stage and access rules on the server, with tests for each.
Added per-user page access and the audit log.
Deployed on AWS: containers on ECS Fargate and Postgres on RDS.

Your case study starts with an audit.
One to two weeks inside your operations. You get a map of where time and money leak, the return on each fix, and a fixed scope before we build anything.
Most businesses we meet have paid for an AI tool nobody uses. We start from your numbers, so the first build is chosen by payback.
