What it does now
Everyone works on the same board live, with notes, drawings and templates.
Type @ai on a note, or circle shapes, to ask the AI about them.
The AI can cluster notes by theme, draw a flowchart or architecture diagram, summarise, or pull out next steps.
It works through 11 canvas tools, and everyone in the room sees what it does.

How we built it
Built our own canvas engine to replace an off-the-shelf one.
Built live sync between everyone in a room.
Built the AI loop and its 11 canvas tools, with 32 tests written for them.
Added templates, onboarding and connectors to outside tools.
