Every case on this site answers the same four questions, so you can compare them.
Before
A 104-unit tower was sold from a shared spreadsheet. Agents overwrote each other, double-bookings caused two client disputes, and nobody could see what was confirmed.
What it does now
The board mirrors the tower: 13 floors, 8 units each.
Anyone can check availability. Only the sales team can edit.
A unit is either provisional or confirmed, and confirmed needs a customer name and date.
A live bar counts booked, provisional and available units.
Every booking exports, so the record can be versioned.
Where a person decides
Only the sales team can confirm a booking, and a confirmation needs the customer's name and date.

Double-bookings since go-live
How we built it
Built the floor grid as the main screen.
Split read-only and editing access.
Added the two booking states and the live counts.
Built export and import for versioned records, and deployed on Vercel.

Your case study starts with an audit.
One to two weeks inside your operations. You get a map of where time and money leak, the return on each fix, and a fixed scope before we build anything.
Most businesses we meet have paid for an AI tool nobody uses. We start from your numbers, so the first build is chosen by payback.
