Every case on this site answers the same four questions, so you can compare them.
Before
The company paid for an email tool it barely used. Unsubscribes were manual, bounces went unhandled, and the next pricing tier was hard to justify for a 3,000-contact list.
What it does now
Contacts arrive by hand, by CSV or through an API.
Templates use merge tags, and campaigns target contacts by tag.
Every bounce or complaint from SES updates the suppression list straight away.
Unsubscribes go through a branded page and are processed automatically.
Each campaign reports opens, clicks, bounces and complaints.
Where a person decides
The marketing team writes and approves every campaign. The system handles compliance after they press send.

Bounce, complaint and unsubscribe handling
How we built it
Designed the schema: contacts, tags, templates, campaigns, sends, events and suppressions.
Built contact management with CSV import and a REST API.
Built the template editor with live preview, and the campaign builder.
Set up SES with a dedicated sending identity and SNS webhooks for suppression.
Added campaign analytics and the unsubscribe flow.

From the project
"We used to pay for a tool that made us feel like guests in our own marketing. Now we have something we actually understand and control. Bounce handling alone was worth the entire project cost."
More work like this
One inbox for every inquiry a Dubai studio gets
An email engine that pauses itself before it hurts the domain
A distributor's back office rebuilt to sell nationally
Your case study starts with an audit.
One to two weeks inside your operations. You get a map of where time and money leak, the return on each fix, and a fixed scope before we build anything.
Most businesses we meet have paid for an AI tool nobody uses. We start from your numbers, so the first build is chosen by payback.
