Every case on this site answers the same four questions, so you can compare them.
Before
To-do lists show the goal ("clean the house") without the steps, which is where people with ADHD get stuck.
What it does now
The user types a task.
An LLM returns ordered steps, each with a 5 to 15 minute timer.
The user rates their focus, and the steps are resized to match.
Progress works offline and syncs when the phone is back online.
A dashboard tracks focus over time.
Where a person decides
The user sets their focus level and decides when to start each step. The model only proposes the breakdown.
Result
Live and being measured. We'll publish usage and completion figures once we can verify them.
How we built it
Mapped how tasks should be broken down with input from cognitive psychology.
Built the breakdown API on GPT-4o-mini with structured JSON output.
Designed a game-like React Native interface with haptics and sound cues.
Added offline storage and sync with WatermelonDB.

Your case study starts with an audit.
One to two weeks inside your operations. You get a map of where time and money leak, the return on each fix, and a fixed scope before we build anything.
Most businesses we meet have paid for an AI tool nobody uses. We start from your numbers, so the first build is chosen by payback.
